Returns And Refunds
Since each order is unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order or issue a credit or refund accordingly. Customer(s) must contact Cicero Print & Design within 10 business days of receiving their order to notify us of any defects discovered in the ordered product failing to do so, the Customer is deemed satisfied with the product. We may occasionally request that we pick up the printed material prior to issuing the reprint, credit, or refund.
It is the customers responsibility to read and understand our return and refund policy. It is implied by consenting to use our services, that the customer has read and fully understands the terms of this policy and accepts the conditions as stated.
- We use UPS and FedEx as our primary shipping agents.
- You agree we are not responsible for damage to products while in the possession of the shipping agent. If damage does occur while in possession of the shipping agent, we will submit a claim on your behalf.
- You agree we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in the possession of the shipping agent, due to weather or any conditions caused by the shipping agent.
- Missed deadlines does not constitute a refund or reprint due to failure by the shipping agent to deliver the product at the time requested.
We are not responsible for any errors in artwork you submit to us for printing.
